Banana-Mocha Protein Smoothie Recipe (Serves 1)

Banana-Mocha Protein Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops (40g) Vitalstrength Whey Protein – Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup coffee, cooled (we used 1tsp instant coffee)
  • 4 Tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 6 ice cubes

Banana-Mocha Protein Smoothie Directions: 

Make half a cup of black coffee (instant or espresso) and leave to cool.  Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
