Here, Brisbane Lion’s Midfielder Daniel Rich shares his favourite yoghurt snack recipe.

Yoghurt Snack Delight

Daniel say’s, “You can really spruce up simple snacks like a tub of yoghurt, simply by adding some fresh fruit and nuts. This one is nice an easy, and is a favourite among the boys when you’re in a hurry, but still need nutrition.”

Daniel adds Vitalstrength WPI+ protein to assist muscle growth and recovery.

What you need

200g tub of low-fat yoghurt
1 scoop of Vitalstrength Protein Powder
4 Strawberries
Small handful of Almonds


– Add yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix to combine
– Quarter the strawberries and add to yogurt
– Sprinkle almonds on top
– Serve and enjoy a delicious yoghurt snack!
