Shared by Vitalstrength athlete Dustin Brown this delicious green power smoothie recipe is the perfect post workout recovery drink or can even be used as a meal replacement. With all the greens, coco milk, chia seeds and fruit it really has all the elements of a full meal!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 frozen mango cheek
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen broccoli
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
2-4 tbsp chia seeds
2 scoops of Vitalstrength Vanilla protein (Dustin uses Vitalstrength Ripped)
(Optional 1T honey)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
